Meatin' Monday
Each third Monday of the month we have a company-wide meeting and for those who can make it to our Tallahassee office, lunch by way of our trusty Weber grill. Team members bring their favorite sides and we provide the main dish.
Many of our team work remotely, and this monthly event gives us an opportunity to have face-to-face time with those we might not see on a daily basis.
Annual Conferences to Grow Skills & Build Relationships
Working remotely and virtual meetings are great, but having true, human interactions and building relationships is something we need.
It's in our DNA.
Each year we organize two events: Our annual business conference in Tallahassee and then an Annual Fall Retreat somewhere in the Southeast.
Over the past few years we have traveled to Destin, Savannah and Orlando to build bonds and simply hang out to become a stronger team.
