SRI Management Continues Growth in Florida with Anthem Lakes Waterview Senior Living

We are proud to announce we have grown our portfolio with the addition of Anthem Lakes Waterview Senior Living. This addition expands our relationship with Ventas, Inc., a leading real estate investment trust and a preeminent owner of senior housing.

Anthem Lakes Waterview Senior Living features 91 Assisted Living units and 28 Memory Care units in a serene, wooded environment with lakefront views and direct access to a nearby nature preserve.


Located on 14 acres in Atlantic Beach, part of the greater Jacksonville, Florida area, the community is thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful setting, free from the noise of traffic. Residents enjoy scenic lake views and frequent visits from local birdlife, including herons and wood ducks.


With this latest addition, we now operate 57 senior living communities across 13 states, marking a significant step in our company’s continued growth, and the relationship with Ventas reflects a shared commitment to senior living.

We're Expanding Memory Care Offering at Harper’s Station Gainesville

We’ve always focused on creating an environment where residents feel supported, engaged, and truly known. Now, we’re building on that commitment in a meaningful way. As of April 1, Harper's Station Gainesville has expanded its Memory Care offering by assuming management of the standalone Memory Care community located adjacent to Harper’s Station Gainesville. While this neighboring community has long been part of the Gainesville landscape, it will now operate under the same approach, standards, and philosophy that guide everything we do. This allows us to create a more consistent experience across both communities while expanding our ability to serve residents with specialized needs. For residents and families, this expansion means more access to dedicated Memory Care support, greater consistency in how care is delivered, and a stronger connection between services.
