Taylor Maya and Jasmin Dickson Graduate from Florida Senior Living Institute

SRI Management is proud to congratulate Taylor Maya, Divisional Director of Clinical Services, and Jasmin Dickson, Executive Director at The Landing of Panama City Beach, on graduating from the Florida Senior Living Institute through Leadership FSLA.


Taylor and Jasmin were recognized during the Florida Senior Living Association ENGAGE Conference on July 10 at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes.


Leadership FSLA is a comprehensive leadership development program created specifically for professionals currently serving in FSLA-member assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities. The program is designed to strengthen individual leaders with the understanding that stronger leaders help build stronger communities.


Throughout the program, participants focus on key areas of leadership development, including self-leadership, leading through change, innovation, emotional intelligence, team engagement, effective communication, meeting management, and public speaking. The program combines in-person education, community-based learning, Zoom discussions, expert speakers, mentorship, leadership assessments, and practical application.


Participants also work through real-world leadership exercises, including reviewing community challenges, evaluating AHCA survey-related scenarios, identifying current opportunities within their own communities, and developing solutions that support stronger teams and better outcomes.


For SRI Management, this achievement reflects the importance of investing in leaders who are committed to serving residents, supporting team members, and helping communities thrive. Taylor and Jasmin both bring dedication, professionalism, and heart to their roles, and this accomplishment is a meaningful reflection of their continued growth and leadership.

October 10, 2026 [10:30 AM EST] Hurricane Isaias made landfall near Destin, Florida last night as a Category 2 hurricane, with maximum sustained winds of 105 mph. Overnight, the storm weakened to a post-tropical cyclone as it moved through Alabama, and the immediate threat to our communities has passed. Heavy rain and gusty winds remain possible further inland through the weekend. We’re pleased to report that all of our communities along the storm’s path came through the night safely. Some properties experienced brief power outages, downed trees, and minor property impacts, and our teams are actively working through cleanup and repairs this morning. Everyone — residents and staff alike — is safe and accounted for. We want to recognize our on-site teams for their hard work and dedication throughout this storm. They prepared all week, stayed with our residents through the night, and have been responding quickly to whatever came up. Their commitment made a real difference. Weather Watch: Hurricane Isaias Makes Landfall Near Destin, FL

October 9, 2026 [9:30 PM EST] Hurricane Isaias made landfall near Destin, Florida at 9:30 PM EST as a Category 2 hurricane, with maximum sustained winds of 105 mph and a minimum central pressure of 971 mb. The storm is now moving inland across the Florida Panhandle and into southern Alabama, where it is expected to gradually weaken overnight and into Saturday. SRI Management has been closely monitoring Isaias throughout the week, in coordination with our Operations teams and each of our community leadership teams along the storm’s path. Our teams remained on-site through landfall, and we are continuing to receive regular updates from each property. Heavy rain, gusty winds, and a continuing risk of isolated tornadoes are expected across the region overnight and into Saturday. October 8, 2026 [9:00 PM EST] As Hurricane Isaias moves toward the Gulf Coast, the safety and wellbeing of our residents, families, and staff remains our top priority. Several of our communities are located within the storm's path, and our teams have been preparing throughout the week in close coordination with local officials and emergency management. Each active weather community has evaluated its own circumstances — including the forecast, building conditions, and resident needs — to determine the safest course of action. We will continue to monitor Hurricane Isaias closely and update this page as conditions develop. As a precaution ahead of Hurricane Isaias, our corporate office will close at 12 PM on Friday, October 9. Since our team works primarily remote, this has no impact on day-to-day operations — we'll continue taking calls, responding to needs, and supporting our communities without interruption throughout the storm.
