Along with Anvaya Investments, and Lake Wylie Chamber of Commerce, SRI Management officially broke ground today on Sunflower Springs of Lake Wylie, a premier senior living community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care in Lake Wylie, South Carolina.

The event marked a significant milestone in developing this community, which is set to become a haven for seniors seeking exceptional care and an engaging lifestyle in the Lake Wylie area.

"We are thrilled to be breaking ground on this exceptional senior living community in Lake Wylie," said Don Bishop, CEO of SRI Management. "Senior living plays a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life for older adults, and we are committed to providing the highest level of care, comfort, and engagement for our residents."

Sunflower Springs will feature 101 units, including 83 Assisted Living units and 18 Memory Care units. The community will offer an array of amenities designed to cater to its residents’ unique needs and preferences.

Among these amenities is the SRI Management signature programming, which includes Artful Dining, a research-backed culinary concept promoting proper nutrition's social and health benefits. Zestful Activities will provide residents with engaging activities to keep them physically and socially active. Additionally, Heartful Care will ensure that residents feel comfortable and secure in their new homes.

This marks the fifth senior living community in South Carolina for us.
