Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet Celebrates Grand Opening in South Carolina

The newly built Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet, a premier senior living community in South Carolina, and SRI Management, a leader in senior living management, are delighted to announce the grand opening of this senior living community. Magnolia Bridge offers seniors a range of living options, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Residential Cottages.

 

Developed by Atlanta-based Compass Living, in conjunction with Bourne Financial Group, the community was designed by architect Corcoran Ota Group and interior designer Rule Joy Trammell Rubio with Van Winkle Construction and Great Southern Homes leading the construction team.

 

Strategically located on 14 acres off TPC Boulevard, near Publix supermarket and Lowes Foods, the nearly 200,000-square-foot community seamlessly blends convenience, luxury, and care. The community encompasses 89 independent living apartments, 18 independent living villas, 44 assisted living apartments, and 19 memory care options in an amenity-rich, innovative, and safe environment.

We're Expanding Memory Care Offering at Harper’s Station Gainesville

As of April 1, Harper's Station Gainesville has expanded its Memory Care offering by assuming management of the standalone Memory Care community located adjacent to Harper’s Station Gainesville. While this neighboring community has long been part of the Gainesville landscape, it will now operate under the same approach, standards, and philosophy that guide everything we do. This allows us to create a more consistent experience across both communities while expanding our ability to serve residents with specialized needs.
