Located in Ocala, Florida, this community sits among rolling pastures, ancient oaks, and some of the state’s most celebrated outdoor destinations. Widely known as the Horse Capital of the World, Ocala blends natural beauty, equestrian excellence, and vibrant local culture. Residents and visitors enjoy the world-renowned World Equestrian Center, luxury hotels, dining and shopping, as well as a year-round calendar of events. Seasonal favorites like polo matches, the Ocala Strawberry Festival, and Light Up Ocala contribute to the city’s warm, welcoming spirit and make it a natural fit for senior living.

This inviting backdrop supports the lifestyle offered at The Glen at Ocala. The community features Assisted Living and Memory Care supported by Independent Living villas, creating a seamless living experience that adapts as resident needs evolve. With maintenance-free living, thoughtful amenities, and meaningful social opportunities, residents can enjoy each day with confidence and connection.

Midsouth Senior Management, in partnership with SRI Management , today announces the addition of four senior living communities to its portfolio across three new states: White Oaks in Lawton, Michigan; Governor’s Pointe and Governor’s Port in Mentor, Ohio; and Randall Residence in Decatur, Illinois. The additions mark a significant geographic expansion for Midsouth Senior Management, extending its reach across the Midwest with communities that collectively offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services to older adults and their families. “This is a milestone moment for Midsouth Senior Management,” said President Rick Sweeney . “Entering Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois at once reflects our confidence in both the markets and the teams on the ground. Each of these communities shares what we look for most in senior living. Each has a warm, homelike environment, where people who genuinely care help seniors and are committed to treating every resident with the dignity they deserve. We are proud to bring them into the Midsouth Senior Management family.” White Oaks in Lawton, Michigan, serves residents who need Assisted Living or specialized Memory Care, offering both under one roof in the heart of southwestern Michigan. The community provides families across the region with personalized care in a setting known for its small-town character, proximity to Kalamazoo and Paw Paw. In Mentor, Ohio, Governor’s Pointe offers Assisted Living in a smaller, more personal setting where residents are known by name and staff understand the routines and preferences that make daily life feel like their own. Governor’s Port , also in Mentor, serves active older adults through Independent Living, with comfortable apartment homes, a resident-shaped activity calendar, and easy access to Lake Erie beaches, Great Lakes Mall, and the James A. Garfield National Historic Site. Together, the two communities give Lake County families a full range of senior living options close to home. Randall Residence in Decatur, Illinois, offers a full continuum of care of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care all under one roof. That continuity means residents can remain in a familiar environment surrounded by familiar faces as their needs evolve over time. Located near Lake Decatur, Millikin University, and the heart of central Illinois, the community is designed to feel rooted in the community it serves. “SRI Management is committed to meeting residents where they are and helping them live every day to the fullest,” said Todd Filippone, President of SRI Management. “Across these four communities, that means supporting outstanding teams and equipping them to continue providing attentive, personalized care to our residents that feels like family.”
