We're Building in Virginia. Again!

YORKTOWN, VA. – Harper’s Station Yorktown is officially underway in Yorktown, Virginia.

On an overcast Virginia day, the SRI Management team ceremonially broke ground on a senior living community that will offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care options to the local area.

Harper’s Station Yorktown will have 158 units and will be rich with amenities, including the SRI Management programming:

  • Artful Dining – a research-backed culinary concept designed to keep seniors engaged in the social and health benefits of proper nutrition;
  • Zestful Activities – providing an abundance of activities to keep residents physically and social active;
  • Heartful Care – creating comfort and security for residents in their new home.

“We’re proud to say that the economic impact of this development is strong,” SRI Management CEO Don Bishop said. “Once opened, Harper’s Station Yorktown will provide approximately 75 job opportunities and infuse $2.5 million in payroll into the local economy.”

This is SRI Management’s second Virginia community and is again working with Sage Development, in conjunction with Bourne Financial Group. These groups recently opened a similar upscale community in Gainesville, Virginia.

Ernie Webb wouldn’t send troops to battle alone; he went with them. That leadership is on full display as he holds onto his Bronze Star, Silver Star – the third-highest military decoration for valor in combat – and Purple Heart medals. Another ten or so medals hang in a case near him. And with 24 years of military service, he’s seen a thing or two.
