Good morning. Our team completed a walk-through of the property this morning following Hurricane Isaias. Everyone is safe and doing well, and power has remained active throughout.
A few things to note: our south elevator is currently out of service, and our team is working to address it. Internet service is also down. We have some minor tree/yard debris on property.
As for the storm itself, Isaias weakened to a post-tropical cyclone overnight as it moved through Alabama, and the immediate threat to our area has passed. Heavy rain and gusty winds remain possible further inland through the weekend.
Thank you to our team for their hard work throughout the storm, and to our residents and families for your patience. We’ll continue to update you as repairs progress.

All is well at Seagrass Village of Daphne — just some winds and rain so far. Residents and staff are doing great, and spirits are high: the community enjoyed hurricane happy hour together and games indoors this evening. Our power and main phone are still active, but we have lost internet.
