We’ve Been Named a Best Company in Florida

For the first time in our 20-year history, SRI Management has been named to Florida Trend magazine’s annual Best Companies to Work for in Florida. We are one of only 100 companies to make the list.


Our ranking comes in at 25 in the Best Small Companies category and the only company in the senior living industry across all company categories.


“I’m proud of our team and of the culture we are building at SRI Management,” CEO Don Bishop said. “Our values are reflected in this recognition and I’m excited to see our company make this list.”

That leadership is on full display as he holds onto his Bronze Star, Silver Star – the third-highest military decoration for valor in combat – and Purple Heart medals. Another ten or so medals hang in a case near him. And with 24 years of military service, he’s seen a thing or two.
